Our pyjamas are intentionally designed with a generous, draped silhouette to give you the ultimate relaxing lounge experience. The extra room and breathing space are already beautifully cut into the garment, so there is no need to size up to get that effortlessly cozy look.

  • Our Model's Fit: To help you visualize the drape, our studio model is 172 CM tall, weighs 72 kg, and is wearing a size Medium. This size offers them a perfectly relaxed, fluid fit.
  • Your Size Choice: We recommend ordering your usual size to achieve the intended oversized, laid-back look. However, if you prefer a more classic, tailored fit for your loungewear, we suggest choosing one size down.
Garment Care Specifications

To keep your loungewear looking and feeling like new, please follow these gentle care steps:

  • Wash Smart: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash at or below 30°C using a delicate or wool cycle.
  • Air Dry Only: Do not use a machine dryer. Tumble drying can cause severe shrinkage and fiber breakdown. Instead, reshape the pyjamas while damp and hang or lay flat to air dry naturally.
  • Steam, Don't Iron: High, direct dry heat can damage the delicate fabric. To remove creases, use a garment steamer on a low-to-medium setting.

Cancel Before We Ship We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can cancel your order at any time for a full refund, provided that your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

Because we work hard to get your pyjamas to you within our 3–4 business day window, our fulfillment team packages and prepares orders quickly.

  • If your order has NOT been shipped: You can instantly request a cancellation by logging into your self-serve customer account using your email verification code. Once submitted, your order will be cancelled immediately, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • If your order HAS already been shipped: We are unfortunately unable to cancel it mid-transit. However, don't worry—once the Bosta courier delivers the package to your doorstep, you can easily log back into your account to request a standard return or size exchange.

Return Policy

Please note:

  • We recommend opening and trying on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid the need for returns.
  • Return requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Shipping fees apply to returns.
  • Items purchased on promotion, sale, or using a coupon are not eligible for returns.
  • Approved return items will be refunded within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be processed via InstaPay.
  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the item's refund amount (you will receive the item's price minus the return shipping cost).
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original tags and packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

We want you in your new cozy pyjamas as soon as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days from the time your order is processed.

While we work around the clock with our couriers to ensure your package arrives on schedule, minor delays can occasionally happen due to unexpected courier backlogs or severe weather. If your order faces any unexpected delays, we will immediately reach out to you with an updated tracking timeline.
